The applications on this page were developed by Virtual Soft, through Olos Liviu Virgil. Most of them run on servers administered by Virtual Soft; the property title application runs on the client's server. The descriptions say what each one does; they contain no unverified performance figures.
QuickGuee was developed for the one-stop energy-efficiency office of a Romanian county council. It brings applicants' dossiers, across the several programmes the office handles, into one list, with search, filters and assignment to operators.
Dossiers arrive by email and in Excel files. The application checks the mailbox periodically, takes the attachments, validates their format and content and updates the dossier status, keeping the history of every change.
Repetitive checks are automated — duplicates, missing documents and vulnerable-consumer status, based on the lists the office uploads. Several operators work at the same time, with role-based permissions.

The application uses an MVC architecture, with a REST API between the interface and the server, an indexed relational database for fast search and asynchronous processing for long operations such as email import. Security covers role-based authentication and authorisation, encryption of sensitive data, input validation, protection against common web attacks (XSS, CSRF) and operation logging.
The real application works with applicants' data. The screen above is rebuilt with synthetic data: the dossier numbers, beneficiaries and operators are invented, and the page contains no real record. The page shows no performance figures, because they cannot be checked publicly.
Intake of the requests sent by email by the local land commissions, signature and area checks, two-reviewer evaluation, electronically signed reports and orders, submission to OCPI. The final version was installed at the client. The application is not in current use.

The user enters the plot dimensions, picks equipment from a catalogue filtered by the available space, places, rotates and removes items on the plan, then prints the equipment list. The client is LOFTREK S.R.L., the company run and co-owned by the owner.

The workflow turns supplier catalogues into quote-ready product sheets — extraction, translation, technical normalisation, rewriting and publishing — and generates documentation, quotations and ZIP packs with the complete documentation. It has been applied to three catalogues of about 900, 500 and more than 3,000 products. The client is LOFTREK S.R.L., the company run and co-owned by the owner.
